Returns & Exchange Policy

               

1. You may return any unworn and undamaged item within 14 days of receipt.

               

2. Returned items must be in original condition, with original packaging, tags, and product boxes completely intact.

               

3. To initiate a return, log into your account, navigate to "My Orders", and select "Request Return". Alternatively, contact our customer care team.

               

4. Ship your return package using our contracted courier service with the provided return code. Free return shipping is granted for domestic orders using our partner couriers.

               

5. Once received and inspected by our quality assurance team, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

           

Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order free of charge prior to fulfillment and handover to the courier. Please contact support immediately at 0212 549 17 62.
